General Support Specialist – Hotel Runner

About the role

The General Support Specialist (Runner) ensures guests and associates receive the items and assistance they need, exactly when they need it. Working across multiple hotel departments, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guest rooms and support housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office.
• Move throughout the hotel, navigating stairs, service ramps, and confined spaces while maintaining safety standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 55 lb without assistance.
• Read and verify information on labels, tickets, and small‑print documents.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hotel environment.

Required skills

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lb repeatedly.
• Capability to read small print and visually inspect tools or equipment.
