About the role

Mixel, a Silvaco company, develops high-performance analog mixed-signal semiconductor IPs used in mobile, display, camera, automotive, VR, AR and AI applications. It is looking for a Global Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to lead recruitment across its technical and engineering functions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment strategy for all technical and engineering functions globally.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical technical positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Use market intelligence and talent analytics to inform recruiting decisions.
• Drive diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices.
• Manage recruitment vendors, agencies and sourcing partners.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.
• Establish and monitor recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness.
• Support organizational growth initiatives and strategic hiring projects.
• Partner with Compensation and HR Business Partners on offer development.
• Ensure recruiting compliance and adherence to hiring policies.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting semiconductor, software, engineering or technology talent.
• Experience supporting global workforces.

Required skills

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
