GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist (System Owner / CRM Admin)

About the role

Psychology Vibes is seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel System Owner / CRM Admin to take full ownership of its GoHighLevel (FunnelFusion) platform. This remote, full‑time position will involve building, managing, and scaling the entire CRM infrastructure that powers client management, sales, funnels, courses, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own, manage, and develop the GoHighLevel/FunnelFusion platform end‑to‑end.
• Design and optimise high‑converting funnels, landing pages, and advanced workflows covering the full customer journey.
• Configure CRM structures, user roles, permissions, sub‑accounts, and communication channels (WhatsApp API, email, SMS, forms, surveys, calendars).
• Set up courses, memberships, payments, subscriptions, and integrate with Stripe/PayPal.
• Implement advanced integrations via GoHighLevel API, webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, and connect to Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and conversion tracking (pixels, events).
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform QA, and document all processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (portfolio required).
• Strong expertise in CRM management, marketing automation, and funnel building.
• Proven ability to integrate APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make.com).
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API).
• Interest and experience in AI/automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, chatbots).
