About the role
Vodafone is looking for a Gov Sales Executive to drive growth of its mobile telecommunications portfolio within corporate and government accounts. You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, expanding the customer base and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through up‑selling and cross‑selling Vodafone products and services.
- Acquire new corporate and government accounts while managing existing relationships.
- Develop new revenue streams by promoting total communication, fixed‑line and emerging project solutions.
- Prepare account plans, set weekly health trends and forecast contact volumes.
- Plan and manage a personal business portfolio in line with channel‑manager strategy.
- Conduct “Plan vs. Actual” analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor account performance continuously and ensure Vodafone services remain operational.
- Elevate customer experience by addressing complaints promptly and taking appropriate remedial actions.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of relevant sales experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of the local mobile telecom market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
