Graduate Intern - Operations

About the role

Join Ball’s Graduate Program in Operations and gain hands‑on experience across a global aluminium packaging manufacturer. Over 18 months you will rotate through key manufacturing functions, develop practical skills and build a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Meet the goals set out at the start of the program
• Complete assigned tasks and support day‑to‑day operations
• Participate in meetings, workshops and learning opportunities
• Observe and learn from experienced team members
• Apply knowledge of company policies, protocols and processes
• Liaise with mentors, project coordinators and senior staff to evaluate progress
• Follow all company regulations, health and safety codes
• Prepare documents and update records
• Travel to different locations across the region as required

Required profile

• Engineering university graduate (fresh or up to 1 year experience)
• Clear communication skills, curiosity and willingness to ask questions
• Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
• Proven ability to lead or direct others, work independently and as part of a team
• Well‑organized with a structured approach to work and study
• Openness to learn, apply knowledge and achieve progression milestones
• Fluency in Arabic and English
