Graduate SHEQ Document Control Program

About the role

Join Henkel’s Graduate Development Program as a SHEQ Document Control Analyst. You will support the site’s Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) documentation, ensuring compliance, audit readiness and effective document management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the site Document Control System (QMS/DMS) for SHEQ procedures, work instructions, forms, records, policies and assessments.
• Manage change requests, verify impact assessments, coordinate stakeholder reviews and communicate updates.
• Maintain version control, change history, effective dates and ensure only current, approved documents are available at points of use.
• Align documentation with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 5000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), Henkel corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of control.
• Lead internal SHE assessments (environmental aspects, machinery, etc.) with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide user support and short trainings on document formatting, numbering and writing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, graduating class of 2025.
• Internship experience with electronic document management systems.
• Familiarity with basic safety and quality processes in a plant environment.

Required skills

• Experience with QMS/DMS platforms.
• SharePoint
• SAP DMS
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 5000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
