Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Diamond, a leading real‑estate finance company, is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to support its marketing and branding initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce visual assets that reinforce the company’s brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative designs such as logos, posters, brochures, advertisements, and social‑media graphics.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to develop and finalize design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop visual brand identities, including colour palettes, typography, and graphic elements.
• Modify designs based on feedback from managers or clients.
• Ensure all visual content is appropriate for the target audience and maintains high quality.
• Produce visual assets for websites and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and achievements.
• Good understanding of current design trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
