Graphic Designer – Brand Visuals & Campaigns

About the role

The Graphic Designer will shape the visual identity of the brand across campaigns, in‑store communication, digital platforms, and marketing activations. You will translate creative briefs into compelling visual directions while ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts for campaigns, seasonal launches, promotions, and marketing activations.
• Create engaging designs for print, digital, and in‑store touchpoints.
• Maintain and apply the brand visual identity across all communication channels.
• Update templates and creative assets to reflect brand evolution.
• Stay informed on design trends, Gen Z culture, coffee‑culture aesthetics, and social‑media visual movements.
• Propose new creative ideas and visual directions to elevate brand presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, external creative partners, and the Production & Asset Manager.
• Participate in briefing, feedback, and brainstorming sessions.
• Manage multiple creative tasks while respecting project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or brand).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and composition.
