Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create compelling 2D visual assets that support live events, exhibitions, activations, and branded environments. Working across print and digital formats, you will translate brand guidelines and client objectives into engaging visuals for both temporary and permanent event settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design event branding, key visuals, backdrops, banners, roll‑ups, large‑scale signage, wayfinding graphics, and print collateral such as badges, brochures, and invitations.
• Produce digital assets for social media, LED screens, presentations, and other online channels.
• Develop and refine brand identity systems for events, including logo lockups, colour palettes, and typographic schemes.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork with correct bleed, resolution, file type and colour mode, and ensure compliance with production specifications for vinyl, fabric, rigid boards, etc.
• Liaise with printers and production suppliers to guarantee high‑quality output and support mock‑up creation.
• Collaborate closely with 3D designers, production managers and project leads to align 2D visuals with overall spatial design.
• Maintain organized archives of project files, templates and creative assets, and produce documentation for consistent rollout.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
• Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
