Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create and deliver innovative, high‑quality visuals for Forbes Middle East events and summits. Working closely with editorial, multimedia and marketing teams, you will ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, presentations, brochures, banners and other print and digital assets.
• Conceptualise eye‑catching designs that align with Forbes Middle East’s editorial direction and brand identity.
• Lead creative campaigns from concept to final delivery across static, animated, short‑form video and infographic formats.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks under tight deadlines and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Proofread designs for spelling, alignment and brand‑guideline compliance.
• Organise and maintain a library of templates, images and design assets for efficient production.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, social media and multimedia teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E and Runway to boost creativity and workflow efficiency.
• Propose enhancements for website and social‑media visual formats to improve user experience.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI technologies and digital media standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic‑design experience, preferably in events or media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing banners, brochures and print‑production work.
• Experience preparing print‑ready files and managing end‑to‑end print production.
• Exposure to digital media design and social‑media creative assets.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• AI‑driven design tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway.
• Design for static, animated and short‑form video formats.
• Print production preparation and file management.
• Brand‑guideline adherence and visual asset organization.
