Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can translate brand guidelines into compelling visual assets across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases illustrative design, typography, and a passion for visual storytelling, especially within real‑estate marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visuals such as brochures, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, infographics, signage, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives.
• Adapt brand guidelines into cohesive, on‑brand designs for all communication channels.
• Create engaging social‑media content for residential and commercial real‑estate projects.
• Support photo editing, layout design, and pre‑press preparation for print materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in a creative, marketing, or real‑estate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across digital and print media.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion‑graphics tools.
• Photo editing and layout design capabilities.
• Familiarity with social‑media formats and trends (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
