Graphic Designer

About the role

AFS is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Communications team. The role focuses on visual storytelling, branding, and producing impactful designs for both digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, presentations, campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Develop visually engaging content while ensuring brand consistency.
• Support the creation of marketing materials for product launches, promotions, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with basic video editing and multimedia content creation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to meet project timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to balance corporate and creative design requirements.
• Familiarity with GCC culture and business environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of video editing tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools.
