Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will shape the visual identity of our brand across campaigns, in‑store communication, digital platforms and marketing activations. The role blends creative thinking with visual storytelling, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience at every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts for campaigns, seasonal launches, promotions and marketing activations.
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual directions aligned with brand strategy and tone of voice.
• Create engaging designs for print, digital and in‑store touchpoints while maintaining brand consistency.
• Apply and uphold the brand visual identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistency in typography, colour, layout and visual language.
• Update templates and creative assets as the brand visual system evolves.
• Stay informed on design trends, Gen Z culture, coffee‑culture aesthetics and social‑media visual movements.
• Propose new creative ideas and visual directions to elevate brand presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, external creative partners and the Production & Asset Manager to ensure smooth rollout of finalized materials.
• Manage multiple creative tasks while respecting project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
