Graphic Designer

About the role

Unicharm Egypt is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its marketing team in 10th of Ramadan. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on visual communication for the company’s baby care, feminine care and health care brands across print, digital and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and designs for packaging, promotional materials, flyers, posters, social media content and presentation assets.
• Create layout‑driven artwork that adheres to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to refine briefs and ensure visual consistency.
• Prepare production‑ready files, manage print specifications and coordinate with external agencies or printers.
• Continuously update designs based on feedback, market trends and brand strategy.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, colour theory and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience creating marketing and brand collateral, including packaging, flyers, posters and digital assets.
• Ability to interpret briefs, conduct basic visual research and translate brand strategy into appealing designs.
• Attention to detail in preparing production‑ready files and working with print and digital specifications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in FMCG or consumer brands and familiarity with Arabic and English typography is an advantage.
