About the role

Purpose: To create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements, contributing to high-quality creative outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual content for print and digital platforms, including ads, brochures, and social media graphics.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines for a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop design ideas.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality visuals.
• Design appealing layouts that effectively convey messages and enhance user experience.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback to ensure accuracy and excellence.
• Organize and maintain design files for easy access and future use.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to foster creativity.
• Work closely with marketing and production teams to align visual content with project goals.
• Create visually appealing materials for presentations.
• Assist with tasks such as preparing files for print or digital distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or creative services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
