Graphic Designer

About the role

Dot IT is expanding its creative team and is looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency to create impactful visual content for a diverse portfolio of international clients. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives for various platforms.
• Create branding materials, marketing collateral and digital assets.
• Develop website banners, landing page visuals and basic UI designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience; previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Experience creating high-quality social media designs across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout and visual communication.
• Ability to turn creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, with excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Preferred: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video editing tools, website layout (UI) design, motion graphics and a strong portfolio.
