Graphic Designer - NGOs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets that support our NGO’s communication goals. You will work closely with the Media & Communications team to ensure a consistent brand identity across digital and print channels while driving engagement and awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, infographics, and social‑media graphics.
• Create visual content for websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketing specialists, and creative managers to translate complex data into clear visual stories.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
• Adapt designs for both digital and print formats and oversee quality control of final printed materials.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay current with design trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual work.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to evolving project needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
