Graphic Designer – Visual & Motion Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content across social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications. The role blends static design, AI‑assisted workflows, and short‑form motion graphics to support marketing, business development, and employer‑branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, websites, brochures, pitch decks and recruitment campaigns.
• Create infographics, blog‑post cover images, and visual assets tailored to diverse industry lines.
• Develop LinkedIn, email and B2B digital visuals, including newsletter illustrations and campaign creatives.
• Research platform specifications and deliver assets in correct formats, dimensions and resolutions.
• Utilise AI design and video tools to accelerate ideation, drafting and asset generation while maintaining brand quality.
• Produce short‑form motion graphics and simple animations (1–3 minute videos/reels) for social channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across colours, typography and layout, correcting visual inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and the Digital Marketing Supervisor to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design, motion, AI and social‑media trends, maintaining organised files and version control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Fine/Applied Arts or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual, motion and AI‑enhanced design work.
