Graphic Designer – Visual & Multimedia Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer will translate communication briefs into compelling visual solutions across both physical and digital platforms. This high‑impact role supports brand consistency while creating engaging social‑media content and motion graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual communication materials such as promotional displays, packaging, corporate brochures, and print advertisements, ensuring technical compliance with media specifications.
• Create and animate motion‑graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro, and shoot short‑form videos (Reels/TikToks) with mobile devices or cameras.
• Operate production hardware including gimbals, tripods, teleprompters, ring lights and softboxes, and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions, collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer, and maintain the company website in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage external designers and vendors, oversee the digital asset library, and distribute graphics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote a positive safety culture and comply with RDMC RQHSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
