Group Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Group Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment strategy for Abou Ghaly Motors, ensuring the organization attracts and retains high‑quality talent aligned with its vision and values. Reporting to the Talent Director, this role oversees end‑to‑end hiring across five business lines and partners with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring needs, build annual hiring plans and sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and workflows while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners, set KPIs, SLAs and performance targets.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing market insights, salary benchmarks and hiring advice.
• Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and HR, enhance presence on LinkedIn, job boards and universities.
• Manage recruitment governance, compliance, vendor relationships and reporting on key TA metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
• 7‑10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and improve hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
