Growth Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Growth Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the company’s brand, attract qualified traffic, and drive lead generation for tech services. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate across sales, sourcing, and product teams to position the business as an industry innovator.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel acquisition campaigns, including content creation, PPC, social media, events, and lead generation.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing and branding initiatives.
• Partner with sales and sourcing to build strategic relationships with agencies, vendors, and industry players.
• Prepare, monitor, and allocate the quarterly and annual marketing budget.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional marketing team to develop new concepts, channels, and partnerships.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within hosting, cloud, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large internal teams (10+ members) and external agencies.
• Hands‑on experience managing sizable budgets across Meta, Google Ads, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
