Growth Hacking Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Hacking Executive to drive customer acquisition and retention through data‑driven digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross‑functional marketing teams to design, test, and scale innovative growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, PPC, and other digital campaigns to expand the customer base.
• Build front‑end web components (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) for interactive tools and apps.
• Collaborate with blogging, email, and social media teams to uncover growth opportunities.
• Test, optimize, and report on acquisition tactics, including online ads, direct mail, OOH, and affiliate programs.
• Conduct competitive analyses, market research, and present actionable insights.
• Identify and track key performance indicators, propose creative projects, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, CRO principles, and referral marketing techniques.
