Guest Experience Expert / Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert, also known as a Front Desk Agent, is the first point of contact for guests staying at our hotel in Cairo. You will create memorable experiences by handling check‑in and check‑out, responding to guest requests, and sharing local highlights throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and perform accurate check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest records, complete daily reports, and ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Assist guests with information about the local area, transportation, and hotel amenities.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and commitment to confidentiality.
