Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent ensures that every guest at Rixos Premium Seagate enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Working closely with the Front Office and all hotel departments, you will address guest requests, resolve issues, and proactively enhance satisfaction throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, coordinate with Front Office, and optionally escort them to their rooms.
• Conduct daily guest contacts to assess satisfaction, record comments, and follow up on any complaints or suggestions.
• Document guest feedback in the “Through Our Guests’ Eyes” report and circulate translated summaries to department managers.
• Identify special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) and organise related services in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Process special orders such as cakes, flowers, babysitting, transportation, restaurant reservations, and medication requests.
• Apply VIP procedures, welcome VIP guests, and provide personalized farewell.
• Accompany agency representatives and potential guests on property tours.
• Prepare and distribute written activity announcements to guest rooms.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and find effective solutions.
• Proactive communication and coordination with multiple hotel departments.
• Attention to detail in recording guest feedback and special requests.
