About the role

Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional, personalized experiences for all guests. This role blends luxury service standards with the resort’s immersive, lifestyle‑focused brand, ensuring every stay feels unique and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all guest‑relations activities, aligning service delivery with Ennismore’s immersive brand vision.
• Develop and implement personalized service strategies to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated guest‑relations team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Monitor guest feedback across channels, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate VIP services, anticipating and fulfilling high‑profile guest needs.
• Resolve complaints promptly while protecting the resort’s reputation.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, and F&B to ensure seamless experiences.
• Integrate local cultural activities and sustainability initiatives into guest programmes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in guest relations or hospitality management.
• Strong understanding of luxury hotel standards and all‑inclusive service models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to analyse feedback data and implement service enhancements.
