Guest Relations Team Leader

About the role

The Guest Relations Team Leader will be based at Red Sea Hotels in Sahl Hasheesh, overseeing the Guest Relations team to ensure exceptional service for all guests. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates with multiple hotel departments to resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and develop Guest Relations team members.
• Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback and foster a positive work environment.
• Inspect rooms prior to guest arrivals and ensure readiness.
• Respond to guest emails and manage online reputation by replying to reviews.
• Represent the hotel courteously and professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Proven guest relations and customer service expertise, preferably in four‑ or five‑star hotels.
• Strong communication skills in English, Czech and German.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction, handling feedback and implementing service improvements.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, able to work calmly under pressure.
• Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Tourism or Business is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management systems.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
