Hardware Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Hardware Technician to join our technical support team. The role involves hands‑on installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of power systems and related equipment, working directly with customers on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with installation and preventive maintenance of technical equipment and power systems.
• Diagnose hardware faults, identify defective components and support their replacement.
• Provide on‑site, remote and phone technical support to customers.
• Update case records and maintain documentation in internal systems.
• Communicate case status and progress to customers.
• Follow safety procedures when handling tools and equipment.
• Prepare simple technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• 0–5 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, installation or similar hands‑on roles; recent graduates are welcome.
• Flexible educational background; comfortable with field work and equipment handling.
• Willingness to travel between customer locations.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
