Head Of Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to lead all support functions at our Alsadat City facility. The role oversees facilities, security and transportation services, ensuring efficient, safe and cost‑effective operations that meet company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage facility services such as housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, landscaping and other outsourced providers, monitoring SLAs and conducting audits.
• Direct physical security operations, supervise security teams and external providers, develop policies, access controls and emergency response plans.
• Oversee transportation operations including employee buses, company vehicles and third‑party providers, optimise routes, monitor vehicle utilisation and ensure safety compliance.
• Control departmental budgets, prepare KPIs, performance dashboards and reports, lead vendor selection and contract negotiations, and collaborate with HR, EHS, Finance and other functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in operations, facilities, security or transportation management.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale service contracts and leading cross‑functional teams.
