Head of Sales

About the role

Property Finder, the leading property portal in MENA, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive strategic revenue growth across renewals, upsells, acquisitions and promotions. The role leads a high‑performing, customer‑centric sales team and acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring deep client engagement and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Property Finder’s marketplace and solution portfolio to position value across customer segments.
• Build and scale the Egypt business through targeted acquisition and retention strategies, aligning go‑to‑market plans with local dynamics.
• Partner with Sales Development Representatives and Sales Operations to streamline acquisition, optimise conversion and refine strategies using data insights.
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts and monitor KPIs to ensure target achievement.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, assess solution utilisation and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Hire, develop and coach a consultative sales team focused on delivering value and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning within the sales organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription‑based marketplaces, with a proven track record in sales and account management.
• Minimum 5 years leading high‑performing B2B sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate revenue forecasts and consistently meet targets.
• Strong analytical acumen and data‑driven decision‑making.
