About the role

The Head of Technical Office will lead the technical team in delivering high‑quality construction projects. This senior position requires strong coordination, cost control, and technical expertise to ensure project compliance and successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Technical Office activities, including document control and quality assurance.
• Review, coordinate, and approve shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Lead quantity surveying, estimation, and pricing processes.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project cost analyses.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in Technical Office functions within construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
