About the role

The Head Teller at the Cairo Airport Branch will lead daily cash and non‑cash operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and non‑cash operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide operational services to clients, adhering to bank procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with branch, regulator, and Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations appropriately.
• Promote and educate clients on using ATMs, internet banking, and other digital products.
• Process client requests promptly according to bank guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on client instructions and guarantee accurate service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
