Head Teller – Cairo Airport Branch

About the role

The Head Teller will lead the operations team at the Cairo Airport branch, ensuring all cash and non‑cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is pivotal in delivering high‑quality service to clients while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and non‑cash operations transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serve clients, handle queries and complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote the use of ATMs, online banking (I Net) and other digital products.
• Process client requests and instructions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to branch, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of transaction records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking operations experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATM operations and banking transaction systems.
• Knowledge of basic banking procedures and regulatory compliance.
