About the role
Lesaffre Egypt for Yeast Industries, a yeast producer based in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt, is offering a 10-12 week Health & Safety Digitalization Internship through its NextGen Talent Internship Program 2026. The intern supports the digital transformation of health, safety and environment (HSE) systems and processes, helping with data collection, process structuring and digital tool development.
Key responsibilities
- Support the digitalization of HSE systems and documentation
- Assist in organizing and structuring operational data
- Support checklist and auditing tool enhancement initiatives
- Participate in system improvement and digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with HSE and operational teams
- Support reporting and dashboard activities
Required profile
- 3rd or 4th year university student
- Background in Computer Science, Data Analysis or Artificial Intelligence
- Interest in digital transformation and process improvement
- Strong analytical mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
