Health & Safety Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Supervisor to oversee fire alarm, communication and life‑safety systems at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The role combines technical maintenance of safety equipment with the coordination of workplace health‑safety programmes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain and de‑commission fire alarm terminals, mobile computer terminals and remote repeater equipment.
• Maintain fire‑station communication systems, including amplifiers, digitised vocal and radio systems, and speakers.
• Update system identification, adjust projection‑screen displays and ensure all equipment is correctly documented.
• Conduct regular hazard identification, risk assessments and keep accurate safety records.
• Participate actively in the resort’s safety committee and support after‑hours emergency response.
• Follow payroll, attendance and uniform procedures related to the safety team.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or certification in health, safety or fire‑protection engineering.
• Proactive attitude with strong safety awareness and the ability to act decisively in emergencies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
