Hospital Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Hospital Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff at our Maadi facility. You will ensure smooth patient flow while delivering courteous service in a fast‑paced medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors and staff in a courteous manner.
• Manage patient check‑in and check‑out, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
• Answer, direct and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
• Handle patient registration, collect required forms and verify insurance or payment details.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and managing correspondence.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, resolve minor issues or escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in line with legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, hospitality or a similar role.
• Male candidates only (as specified).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
