About the role
This full‑time hybrid position is based in Cairo and focuses on selling home‑care intensive care unit (ICU) services to hospitals. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to identify needs and promote critical‑care solutions delivered at patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales activities across assigned hospital territories.
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the HomeCare ICU portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians and nursing staff.
- Identify new opportunities, conduct market analysis and present tailored proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal medical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in medical or hospital sales, preferably in territory management.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the Egyptian healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or a related field preferred.
