About the role

La Brioche, a French café and patisserie chain operating in Abu Dhabi, Al Ruwais, Sharjah, Al Ain and Dubai, is looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join its team. Positions range from Restaurant Manager and Supervisor to Barista, Chef de Partie, Waiter/Waitress, Kitchen Commis and Steward.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and smooth workflow.
• Prepare and present coffee, pastries, and baked goods according to La Brioche’s recipes.
• Assist senior chefs in culinary preparation, plating, and inventory management.
• Provide attentive front‑of‑house service, taking orders, serving guests and handling payments.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards in all areas.
• Support team members, train new staff and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory prior experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Selective nationalities as per company policy.

Required skills

• Coffee brewing techniques.
• Culinary preparation and pastry skills.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
