About the role
The Hostess Server position is a full‑time, on‑site role at Amphoras Hotels in Sharm El‑Sheikh. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth seating and service flow in the dining areas.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Communicate guest inquiries and special requests to the serving team.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the host stand and surrounding dining areas.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house and serving staff to uphold service standards.
- Support overall guest satisfaction by handling high‑pressure situations calmly.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven teamwork ability, preferably with experience in hospitality or front‑of‑house roles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and composure under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
