Hostess – Guest Reception & Service

About the role

The Rixos Premium Seagate resort is looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests in its restaurants and bars. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at any outlet and escort them to their tables following standard procedures.
• Work in the restaurant or bar areas, providing information on menu options and promoting targeted services.
• Maintain a high level of service in line with the Food & Beverage department’s rules and standards.
• Safeguard any personal belongings left by guests and hand them over to supervisors.
• Follow departmental instructions, operational standards, and weekly work schedules set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Participate in orientation training and undergo two performance assessments each year.
• Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school or vocational diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent English (required).
• Completed vocational trainings or seminars related to hospitality.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
