Hostess – Guest Welcome Host

About the role

As a Hostess you are the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming first impression. You will ensure every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive at Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Required profile

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
