Hostess – Russian Speaker

About the role

Join the Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All‑Inclusive Collection resort as a Hostess who speaks Russian. You will be the first point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and receive attentive service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in any outlet and escort them to their tables following standard procedures.
• Work in bars and restaurants, presenting menu options and promoting targeted services.
• Maintain a high level of service in line with Food & Beverage standards.
• Safeguard and hand over any personal belongings left by guests.
• Follow departmental instructions, operational rules, and weekly work schedules set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Participate in orientation training and undergo two performance assessments each year.
• Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school or vocational diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Completed vocational trainings or seminars related to hospitality.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
