Housekeeper

About the role

The Housekeeper (Guest Environment Expert) ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. Working on the hotel floor, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of rooms and public areas while delivering prompt service to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to the brand’s standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies as needed.
• Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and guest privacy.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
