Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas of Rixos Premium Seagate meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working in a luxury all‑inclusive resort on the Red Sea, you will support the comfort and satisfaction of international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all linens are fresh and unsoiled.
• Handle room keys, sign‑in/out procedures, and report any maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Office.
• Respond quickly to guest requests such as extra beds, pillows, towels, and other in‑room items.
• Collect used dishes, glasses, and utensils from rooms and place them in designated areas for service staff.
• Maintain lobby, corridors, staircases and service lifts by dusting, vacuuming and mopping on a regular schedule.
• Complete daily housekeeping reports, including room status, textile and amenity inventories.
• Manage lost‑and‑found items, ensure proper handling of laundry, and keep housekeeping supply areas orderly.
• Participate in mandatory training, follow hotel security and safety procedures, and act as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
