Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury resort on the Red Sea. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and ready for an exceptional stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and replenishing amenities.
• Handle room keys, sign in/out, and report any maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Office.
• Collect used plates, glasses and utensils from rooms and place them in the designated area.
• Maintain lobby and corridor cleanliness, vacuum staircases, and keep floor and amenities offices orderly.
• Complete daily room status, textile and amenities reports and hand over lost‑and‑found items to the Housekeeping Office.
• Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra beds, pillows or towels.
• Participate in vocational training, follow security rules and act as a member of the Emergency Response Team.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to follow hotel security and safety procedures.
