HR Business Partner – Cairo, Egypt

About the role

As an HR Business Partner you will drive the implementation of effective HR programs and support the operational sites in Beni Suef and the New Capital Power Plants, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s global people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR programs such as people development, compensation & benefits, organizational development and change management.
• Manage all HR topics on‑site for Beni Suef and New Capital Power Plants (2‑3 days a week).
• Advise business leaders on HR processes, compliance and workforce planning.
• Coordinate staffing in partnership with HR operations.
• Translate global people strategy into functional HR actions and develop diverse talent pipelines.
• Oversee visa processes for expatriate employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience in a multinational, matrix organization.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employee‑employer relations.
• Strong understanding of compensation & benefits, performance management and HR practices for blue‑collar workers, preferably in technical sectors.
• Proven ability to partner with managers, employees and external providers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
