HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with overall business objectives. You will balance business needs with employee experience, driving performance, engagement, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into effective people plans and provide data‑driven insights on talent, performance and attrition.
• Advise on organizational design, leadership capability, succession planning and workforce restructuring.
• Champion a positive, inclusive employee experience, lead engagement initiatives and support wellbeing, diversity and employee programs.
• Support change initiatives, assess impact, communicate effectively and coach leaders on change leadership.
• Serve as the primary advisor on HR policies, governance, workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, reward and disciplinary procedures.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to deliver timely HR solutions and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–6 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager role.
• Proven track record partnering with functional and line managers.
• Hands‑on experience with talent management, succession planning, performance management frameworks, HR financials and change management.
• Strong analytical ability to provide data‑driven insights and risk mitigation.
