HR Generalist – Food & Beverage Experience Required

About the role

The HR Generalist will support all human‑resources activities across the company’s restaurant network and corporate functions. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and HR operations, requiring hands‑on experience in the Food & Beverage sector and the ability to manage a fast‑paced, multi‑site operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for restaurant and head‑office positions, coordinating with Operations and Restaurant Managers to fill vacancies promptly.
• Act as the primary HR contact for restaurant staff, handling disciplinary investigations, grievances, absenteeism and other employee‑relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and Egyptian labour law.
• Support performance‑management processes, KPI reviews, employee‑engagement initiatives and succession‑planning activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation for hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations; prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Assist payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leaves and overtime; administer benefits such as medical insurance, transportation and meal allowances.
• Participate in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews and budgeting, ensuring internal equity and adherence to approved compensation structures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to work in a multi‑site, blue‑collar environment and manage high‑volume recruitment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
