HR Generalist – Full‑Lifecycle Talent & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through off‑boarding. The role blends operational excellence with strategic thinking, allowing you to influence talent acquisition, employee relations, and long‑term people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handling promotions, transfers, performance plans, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
• Oversee daily HR operations, maintain HRIS data integrity, administer benefits, and coordinate payroll changes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data‑privacy regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement surveys, learning & development programs, succession planning, and change‑management initiatives (preferred).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or People Operations professional.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and HR compliance best practices.
