HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of human resources activities, from talent acquisition to employee development and compliance. This position supports a dynamic workforce and contributes to a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct onboarding for newly hired employees.
• Coordinate and organize training and development initiatives.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Provide support on HR topics such as leaves, compensation, and issue resolution.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Handle performance management tasks and organize quarterly and annual reviews.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics, including time‑to‑hire and turnover rates.
• Enhance job satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and new perks.
• Organize team‑building activities and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist (minimum 5 years).
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Additional HR diploma is a plus.

Required skills

• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
