HR Generalist – Mid-Level

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our fast‑growing tech company in Cairo. The role is mid‑level, offering the chance to manage end‑to‑end HR processes while supporting a dynamic, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and follow‑up with applicants.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
• Assist with performance evaluation follow‑ups and track employee progress.
• Help develop and communicate HR policies, drive employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and improve HR workflows.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1.5–3 years of HR experience, preferably in software, tech or fast‑paced startups.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and solve problems.
